Delivery times
Vary depending on the country of destination.Generally,it takes around 5days to US and Canada,around one week to UK and other countries.
We will do our every efforts to send out your order at the earliest time.Normally,we need one to three working days to proceed the order after we recived your payment(exclude the weekend and holidays).
Please be aware that arrival time=Order processing time+delivery time,and all delivery time is offer by Courier. During the Peak season,courier and custom office are extreme busy,thus some orders may need longer time than expected to arrive.
Note:
If you try to track your package and you get a message saying "Unable to Track Shipment", don't be concerned, it's perfectly normal. Sometimes there is a delay in the time it takes the tracking websites database to update the information we send them. Try again later or tomorrow and you should be able to track it.

No matter how many items you purchase per transaction, We only charge $8.99 per order.We offer FREE shipping for any order over $120.
Online Shipment Tracking
The shipping of the items is online traceable.After send out order, we will email you a tracking number so that you may track the progress of your package. Tracking numbers are generally issued right after the shipping label is created. You can track your package with the shipment tracking information we provide at http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp or your national postal service website.

All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. All Parcels will be hold for picking up if it can not be singed or delivered.Recipient should responsible if return due to no claim.If need reship,then you should pay US$8.99 for the reshipment cost.

All orders will come with Tiffany & Co packing items,including Box,Gift bag,Blue pouch and Polishing Cloth

For customer service purpose,we have developed below return and exchange policy.
For Order Cancelling
After placed the order,if you change your mind due to your own reson, such as negligence or later changing the idea and so on, and want to cancel the order,
1)if the order hasn't been sent out,then the can cancel the order,and a 5% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
2)If order has been sent out,then the order can't cancel.
3)If package be return due to no claim,can't cancel the order but only for reship.
we don't accept cancel and refund request,and we are please to resend you the package via the Normal mail service,if you like to pay US$19,then we can send you via Express Mail service.
For Return
1.Return for exchange
Never return to sender directly.
Exchanges are only allowed for the items which have quality issue.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery and must be in its original conditions.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return.

Please send back the returns by secure courier company, we will not be responsible for any problem includeing damaged/lose/custom issue that may occured in the return shipment.

2.Return for refund
Never return to sender directly.
Refund are only allowed for the items which have quality issue.
US$20 shipment fee for initial shipment will be deducted from refund account,we don't charge restocking fee.
